We visited this tearoom a couple of times whilst staying in the area and both times we both had a delicious breakfast. Debbie (the owner) is more than happy to have a chat with you (if she's not too busy) and she will even recommend other places to visit. Be sure to ask her about the two resident ghosts Sally & George. Unfortunately we never got to meet, hear or feel their presence. If we are ever nearby we will definitely return here mainly because it is such a friendly place and my husband loved the scrambled eggs.

Had a wonderful visit here today. Was walking in the area and noticed this tearoom on the map. Was not disappointed. It was such a friendly welcome. We stayed for quite a while chatting and finding out lots about the area and were helped with a route that meant we saw some pretty villages and got back safely to where we were staying. We both had pasties, one meat, one cheese and onion, as well as lots of tea. Great food, great host and very reasonable on price.

Stopped here after an February MTB ride, very friendly and hospitable although only just a few small tables inside. I had the Chicken Tikka Pannini with a fresh side salad, delicious, fresh coffee all made in clear view. Clean indoor toilet, and a number of outside benches for warmer days.

Superb full English breakfast, with meat from the nearby farm shop. Very good value, as the £13 included a pot of tea and unlimited toast. Friendly lady, Debi, looked after us. Free parking. Note that you should book the full breakfast the day before.

I have visited the Crafty barn and tearoom a couple of times now and each time has been an absolute treat. Debbie is so warm and friendly and the food is spot on! Highly recommend!

An hidden gem in North Dorset. Quirky and chic with loads of character as well as being haunted … If ever your in the Milton Abbas area, this tea room is a must… Can’t wait to go back

A lovely and very welcoming tea room, with lovely and unique bits and pieces for sale all locally made. Me and my mum had the cream tea with homemade scones, very rare these days and absolutely gorgeous, my sister had the chocolate brownie and was given the choice of squirty cream or clotted cream (another thing which isn't offered much). Shall definitely return they are also dog friendly

A very friendly tearoom with a choice of 23 different teas. A fabulous selection of delicious cakes and a good choice of lunch option. Will be back
